For many, grief, sadness, and sorrow are piling up without relief. It is easy to believe that the atrocities, loss, and devastation happening world wide have no end in sight. How do we move through this life carrying our own sadness and the sadness of others without collapsing from the weight? What can we do to affect change at a global level? 

Operating from the principles of energy healing, Sarah with Apothic Energy and Galactic Ashley Activates will move participants through a ceremony to help clear grief, transform grief, and work behind the scenes to help shift our world towards peace and balance.

This ceremony will include singing bowls, toning, drumming, and guided meditation.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that you need to feel comfortable (ex: pillow, blanket, eye covering, etc.)
