My name is Sarah Marie Livings, spiritual guide and healer. I help people find the pieces and parts of themselves that have been lost along the way.
I have been taught under the traditions of Jan Engels-Smith at the LightSong School of Energy Medicine located in Portland, Oregon. Jan Engels-Smith has worked with many healers around the world. These teachers understood that their teachings would be added to the living curriculum Jan has created and continues to create for her students. There has been significant influence from the Celtic, South African, Native American, Norse, and Siberian traditions. Through my work with Jan and her teachers I have learned how to go into the altered state realms to receive and retrieve healing for those who wish to be different.
My training has taught me how to go to the spirits directly to find out how it is they would like to be communicated with, honored, conjured, and accessed. Any ceremonial components in my healing sessions that appear to belong to a specific tradition including songs and tools (rattles, drums, feathers, bones, stones, crystals, etc.) have been shared with me with permission from members of those traditions or they have come to me directly from the spiritual realms.
As an energy healer, I take into consideration the entirety of the soul as it is related to mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
